4 Phases in Which This 3-Week Diet Works

Phase #1 – Detox Your Liver (Days 1-7)

    Thanks for this review Ben. I’ve tried it and it works. The only thing is if you don’t maintain a good lifestyle afterwards you’ll gain the weight back. I’ve gained 10 pounds back but I’ll get back on the train.

    I was in a desperate situation. I had been with my partner for 6 years and things were starting to get stale. Also I had gained some weight I knew he was chatting with other guys on grindr. I needed to add some spice so I could save my relationship. This diet was the quickest and best way to do it. After this we had the best love making session we’ve had in years! He pays more attention to me and I know he’s not talking to other guys anymore. I couldn’t be happier than this.

    But I will say for anyone thinking of trying this you’ve got to be willing to put the work in it or you won’t see the results you should.

    The first week was the most difficult for me. Giving up soda was like a death sentence. I admit I cheated but I did stick it out. All in all I lost 15lbs which is just okay. Next time I will soldier on through though! Thanks for the review BJ.

    Unlike other websites and e-books, “The 3 Week Diet ” can be trusted. The diet helped me a lot by shedding a few Kgs of weight. I can confidently recommend this book to anyone.
